The fight against cancer touches us all, whether personally or through someone we know. For the past few years, SMKW President Kevin Pipes has battled prostate cancer. We're happy to report that Kevin is a cancer survivor, but there is still much work to be done before cancer is destroyed for all and for good. 50% of the proceeds generated by the sale of these knives will be donated to the Cancer Institute at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. The Cancer Institute is committed to providing cancer patients and their families with comprehensive, coordinated and compassionate care. The Grand Prize, 2nd and 3rd Place prize drawings will be held LIVE on SMKW's Knives Live Television Show on Monday, January 5, 2009. Grand prize, Second and Third place winners will be contacted initially by phone. If not reached by phone, winner will be contacted by mail. Fourth and Fifth place winners will be sent their prizes via UPS to the address on their account or printed entry.

Grand PrizeWinner is responsible for all costs associated with taking ownership of the vehicle, including but not limited to registration, license, title and insurance fees. Winner must take ownership of vehicle or arrange for pick up within 30 days of notice. Winner must a have valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance to take ownership.
Prizes are non-transferrable and substitutes will not be offered.
Failure to accept any prize within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the prize. Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the Winner's agreement and consent that SMKW may use the Winner's first initial and last name, address (city, state), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes worldwide, including on the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
