Yes,There is a $30.00 Charge for the Application,we also Require a Deposit to Process the Paperwork.If Your Application is Denied, we will Immediately Refund the Money.

*How Much is The Security Deposit?
It Varies but generally around $600.00 and up on a 1 Year Lease.

*Do You Accept Pets?
Yes,Most Pets Are Ok,There will be a Deposit Required Per Pet.

*What are The Requirements to Apply for a Home?
We will need to Verify Employment,Income and Check Your Referances.A Credit Check may be Required.

*Am I Responsible for Repairs?
We are Responsible for Repairs on Appliances,Electrical or any other malfunction in the Home.We are not responsible for any Damages made to the Property by the Tenant or for any Unauthorized Repairs.
